Paradise Elite Hotel Al-Tahlia Jeddah

We had a wonderful stay at the paradise. the location was ideal, as we were just a short walk from a massive shopping mall, making it easy to explore. our room was well-maintained, featuring essential amenities, a cozy bed, and impressive lighting. the staff, especially mr fahad at the front desk, were helpful, ensuring our comfort. we also appreciated the function room, which was spacious and tidy, with everything we needed for our event.

Excellent breakfast - 4 star level. Excellent location for Jeddah, next to the one restaurant that was open, the airport and the center of Jeddah.

The check-in took over half an hour, and the staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful. It's infuriating when you plan ahead and things fall apart like this.

The strong shower pressure was a highlight after long days at nearby landmarks like Jeddah Corniche and King Fahd's Fountain. the breakfast variety was lacking; an expanded menu would enhance the experience. The staff was attentive and the fitness amenities operational, though the spa facilities seemed limited. a decent experience with room for improvement, especially in dining options.

I would love to stay here again, truly enjoyed the hotel. All in all, it's fantastic place that has amazingly great and understanding staff with good location amazing service. As for me, the location is amazing and marvellous, close to Tahlia area...

Everything met my expectations!

I really loved the spaciousness of my business suite! It had a nice living room area that made it feel more like a home away from home. The hotel's central location was super convenient for getting around the city, and I appreciated being close to so many attractions. Plus, the design of the room was stylish and comfortable!

The service left a lot to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed and it took ages to get assistance, whether it was about my room or basic supplies. I also encountered cleanliness issues, which was pretty frustrating. the experience was mixed due to these service hiccups.
